2025 Vendor Info

I have a food truck…

We had a small but mighty crew of food trucks last year, and we want to make sure it is worth your time! With that in mind we will have a limited number of spots for food trucks, and we request that you prepare to stay the entire length of the event. If you want to know if we have room for your food truck, please email us at info@gatecitypride.org.

A rainbow basket of rainbow goodies! There is a sign that reads Love is Love

I would love to support by having a booth at Pride!

That is fantastic! We have our tidy little form right here: Vendor Form

If you have already signed up to have a booth at the Gate City Pride festival this year, thank you! Please watch your email and we will let you know when we have the exact details for what to expect the day of the event (and a layout map, so you know in advance where to set up!) Most of what you need to know is the same as last year, and listed down below. For any additional questions, email info@gatecitypride.org.

Booth Details Festival - June 14

We are at the fabulous Lookout Point this year! This beautiful private property venue is also host to the Farmer’s Market! We will have a very fast turn-around. Many thanks to the folks at the Farmer’s Market and Historic Downtown Pocatello for making this unique venue available to us!

Because of the speedy turnover from Farmer’s Market to Pride, we plan to be on time and organized, and we are asking the same of you. Please pack your vehicles so that the first thing you need comes back out of the car first. We will have lovely volunteers available to help you.

We will have a few spaces blocked off on the north side of the event for vehicles actively unloading. Please work efficiently to unload your vehicle and make space for more people to use the area. A Gate City Pride volunteer will greet you to show you where your booth is located. We have a lot of booths this year; please only set up in your assigned location. Please also plan to secure your booth without making holes in the grass!

Please use the same section of the parking lot to load your vehicle after the festival. Please be courteous and efficiently load your vehicle so others may use the space, fabulous Gate City Pride volunteers will be just as tired as you, and still happy to help!

How much is a booth?

If you are a registered non-profit excited to share important information and resources with the community you serve, there is no charge for your booth.

If you are a lovely local business or artist that would like to support Pride by joining us in booth form this year, the booth fee is $100.

Where do I park?

Just like any other downtown event, parking will be limited — lots can be found on the Historic Downtown Pocatello Website including a beautiful fly over of your Pride festival venue!

What should I bring?

Please bring your own table and chairs, and we recommend a pop-up canopy. While there is some shade, most spaces will be in the sun and we expect it to be HOT. We recommend plenty of liquids to stay hydrated, sunscreen, and anything you’ll need to stay comfortable. Coolers and snacks are welcome but please keep in mind that this is a beautifully maintained space and a family friendly event, do not bring any alcoholic beverages.

How many people will be in attendance?

We expect over 1,000 people throughout the day.

Can I get electricity to my booth?

We have limited spaces with easy access to electricity, so please make it clear that you need electricity when you fill out our form.

Who do I talk to if I have a question or need help during the festival?

If you have any questions on the day of the festival, find someone with a VOLUNTEER BOW or visit the Gate City Pride Booth (at the narrowest part of Rainbow Rascal Corner next to the playground.)

Thank you again for supporting Gate City Pride; we can’t wait to see all of you on June 14th!
